Responsible Gambling

Play for fun

Gambling is entertainment, not a way to earn money. Winning is never guaranteed, so only play with money you can afford to lose, never with money meant for rent or daily needs.

Set a deposit limit

You can set your own deposit limit, or ask our support team in writing and we will put a limit on your account. Think about how often you play, how long each session lasts and how much you are ready to lose, then choose a daily, weekly and monthly amount.

Take a break

Write to [email protected] at any time and ask for a break of up to six weeks. During the break we limit access to your account and to any new account you try to open.

Self-exclusion and closing your account

You can ask to cancel your membership at any time. Shortly after we receive the request, we block your account. You can also ask us to close your account completely, or to remove you from our e-mail list.

Signs to watch for

Ask yourself honestly whether you gamble to escape everyday life, miss work or school to play, chase losses, hide how much time or money you spend, or feel low after a losing session. If any of these sound familiar, talk to someone.

Where to get help

Protecting minors

Our games are not made for children. Anyone under 18, or under the legal age where they live, may not play, and we block such accounts as soon as we find them; our own account rules require players to be 25 or older. Parents can help by using child protection software, keeping devices and passwords out of reach and limiting time online. If you know a minor who is registered with us, tell us at [email protected].
