How these rules work

Playing at 21 Grand Casino, for fun or for real money, means you accept these rules as the full agreement between you and our casino. We can update them at any time, so check this page from time to time. If one rule is ever found invalid, the others still apply. Only the English version of the rules counts, and translations are a courtesy.

Licence

21 Grand Casino is run by an incorporated company. The Government of Curacao licenses and regulates it to operate an online casino.

Age and where you play

Our casino is for adults only, and you must be 25 or older to play. Local law can set a different age, so check the minimum age where you live and whether real-money play is allowed there. We may ask you to prove your age at any time.

Your account

• We allow one account per person, household, device and IP address, and no second account at a sister casino run by the same management.
• Only the registered account holder may sign in and play. An account cannot be passed to someone else.
• Your registration details must be correct, and the name on your account must match the name on your cards and payment methods.
• Keep your account number and password private. You are responsible for anything done with them.
• If you do not sign in or place a bet for 120 days, the balance is forfeited. A later request to withdraw it is looked at case by case.
• Money left in an account when it is closed, including pending withdrawals, cannot be paid out.

When the rules are broken

Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, exploiting software errors, bots that play for you, chargebacks or threats of a chargeback, abusive behaviour towards our staff and playing from a region where online gaming is not allowed all break these rules. Betting systems such as Martingale are fine on their own. When the rules are broken we can close the account, void bets and keep the winnings and balance involved.

Bonus rules in short

• A promotion runs only for the period shown in the offer, and bonuses carry wagering unless we say otherwise before you claim them.
• Bonus money and cashback money stay in the game and are taken off when you cash out.
• Free chips need 20x to 60x wagering unless stated otherwise, and winnings from free bonuses are capped at A$50.
• A bonus of 200% or more has a maximum cashout of 10x the deposit.
• Cashback needs 1x wagering and pays out at most 10x the cashback, or 2x when it comes from a tournament, a raffle or a special promotion.
• If you would rather play without a bonus, tell our support team before your first bet.

Deposits

Use only a bank account, card, wallet or other method that is registered in your own name. Crypto deposits count once the coins have reached the wallet address given in the cashier and are confirmed on the blockchain. A crypto deposit that is later voided or reversed is treated as fraud and voids your withdrawals. A processing fee may be charged on credit card deposits.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals start at A$50. Unless stated otherwise, the limits are A$1,500 per withdrawal and A$10,000 per month, with larger amounts paid in instalments. Progressive jackpots are not capped this way.
• Each deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be approved, and no withdrawal is possible while wagering is still open.
• For deposits of A$249 or less, the most you can withdraw from that play session is 10x the deposit.
• Approval can take up to 18 working days once verification is complete, and our fraud team signs off every pending withdrawal.
• A transfer fee set by the payment processor can apply depending on the method and where you live, and you pay it.
• Send the requested documents within 30 days of the request, or the withdrawal is cancelled.

Refunds

A refund has to be requested within 24 hours of the deposit, and your account checks must already be complete. It is possible for a game malfunction with a screenshot, for credits you could not play with the balance untouched, or for a wrong charge with a statement. A processing fee applies: A$55 for a paper check, A$20 for a SEPA wire and A$75 for a SWIFT wire. Crypto deposits under A$25 cannot be refunded and are added to your balance as a normal deposit.

Refer a friend

Your friend must be new to 21 Grand Casino, use a different computer and IP address, open a real-money account and deposit at least A$25. Once we have checked the details you gave us, you both receive the bonus within 48 hours.

Complaints

Send any complaint in writing within five days of the event, with a screenshot for technical problems. Game results on our server decide any dispute.
